Where applicable, fees for matching or support services will be disclosed to you before you incur any charge. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Accepted payment methods will be indicated at the time of any transaction. Accounts with overdue balances may result in suspension of access to the Services until payment is resolved.
Scheduling and cancellation of sessions with a matched Expert are coordinated directly between the student and the Expert, with support from our team as needed. You are responsible for providing timely notice of any changes to scheduled sessions.
By submitting your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, email, and SMS text message, including match updates, scheduling notifications, account-related messages, and — if you opt in to that category — occasional marketing or promotional messages.
